Stuffing Hints
Hint 1 - Make
double the stuffing you need for the turkey and cook the extra stuffing in a
casserole dish. For low fat, don't add anything more. For an extra taste
delight, sprinkle some of the turkey juice over the stuffing.
Trust me, If you
don't make an extra batch of this turkey stuffing, you're gonna regret it.
Hint 2 - The
best kept Secret for baking soft tender juicy turkey is to baste every 15 - 20
minutes. This little extra work is worth every precious second you invest.
Hint 3 - For
Best results, use a Butterball Turkey.
Hint 4 -
Stuffing tastes better when cooked outside of the turkey.
Warning: To Avoid food poisoning, don't add the stuffing to the turkey,
until you are ready to cook. Turkey stuffing can easily be contaminated if left
inside the turkey, even when refrigerated.
