MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm)
 
      Title: Garvick's Peanut Butter and Banana Cookies

      Yield: 1 servings
 
    1/4 c  Safflower oil
    2/3 c  Mild honey
      2 ea Eggs
    1/2 t  Vanilla
    1/2 c  Peanut butter
      1 c  Mashed, ripe banana
    3/4 c  Whole wheat flour
      2 t  Baking powder
    1/2 t  Salt
 
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Cream together the oil and honey.
Beat in eggs, vanilla, and peanut butter, then stir in banana.
 
Stir together the flour, baking powder and salt, then  stir into
the liquid mixture and blend well.  Batter is fairly thin, as I
recall. Drop onto oiled baking sheets, 1 inch apart, and bake for
12-15 minutes.
 
To make this recipe low fat just substitute applesauce for the
oil, egg whites instead of whole eggs and use low-fat peanut
butter.
