Strawberries with Balsamic Vinegar

Our August-99 Recipe of the Month is Strawberries with Balsamic Vinegar.
This recipe sounds a little bizarre but is actually quite delicious. The balsamic vinegar and freshly ground pepper seem to draw out every ounce of flavour from the strawberries. Be sure to save any leftover sauce for use as a salad dressing.
